Salon Policies

  • The Whyld Hare requires a card on file in order for appointments to be booked. Some larger appointments may require a deposit fee in order to secure a booking.

  • The Whyld Hare accepts cash & all major cards vendors. Please note there is a 3.5% card fee with ALL transactions using a card or tap to pay.

  • The Whyld Hare has a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If a guest is unable to make it to their appointment please provide us notice to reschedule or cancel the appointment at least 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. If a less than 48 hr notice is provided, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.

    In the event of the guest not showing up to the service or providing no notice of cancellation, it is considered to be a “No-Show” where 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. Guests who is a “No-Show” is limited to rebooking at the discretion of the salon.

  • In respect to the stylists & other guests' time, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. We have a 15 minute late policy, so if a guest is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service. In the event of a rescheduling, there may be a charge of 50% to the card on file for the missed service.

  • Children are welcomed when receiving a service at The Whyld Hare. However, we kindly ask that children are not brought along to other guest’s appointments. This is for the safety of the child, salon staff, & concerning other salon guests.
